In 100% printed cotton broadcloth these Parachute Pants have pockets in the side seams and each leg has six cotton tape ties to gather to your desired length.  Shown in photo pants are gathered to a length of 30” with scallops of fabric between each tie.

Measurements:  longest length not gathered measures 41”, elastic waist 28” - 40”, hips 76”.
