Crop Cosmo Jacket in Cream Cotton Voile

In 100% cotton voile this lightweight jacket has raglan sleeves, a collar that extends to the length of the jacket in front to be turned back or not, no closers, and with various lengths of ruffles around the bottom.  Lovely over a Slip/Dress.

Measurements:  length in center front 20”, ruffles to 24”, bust 50” - 64”  depending on if you fold the center front back or leave it flat.
