Thank you for shopping at Miss Phyllis Online.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.  Please note that no cash refunds will be issued.  A store credit will be issued for the value of your purchase upon successful completion of the steps listed below in our return policy less the credit card fee incurred.  Credit card fees are now charged to the retailer whether the item is returned or not.

Returns

Your have 5 calendar days to have returned an item to the retailer from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it and with receipt of purchase plus all original tags.  Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of the store credit.
