In hazelnut with elastic waist and side ties to let hang or tie in a bow, this Crinkle Ruffle Skrt is made of Italian permanently crinkled cotton fabric and sewn in USA. The fiber content is 91% cotton and 9% metallic (ME). This pull on skirt has a raw edge hem with ruffle around the bottom and mid calf length. The fabric is a nice weight and the permanent crinkle is giving it a lovely texture. Hand wash, hang to dry.
